We already posted about Gossip Girl Taylor Momsen carrying the to-die-for Be&D Studded Garbo satchel, and it seems that the other Gossip Girl leading ladies can’t get enough of the New York brand. Blake Lively, who plays the uber-cool Serena Van der Woodsen carried the Woodstock Hobo in the GG Series 2 finale (did you see it? OMG!) and looked very chic indeed…

Twilight actress Ashley Greene carried a Be&D Hoffman handbag in the airport, and Liv Tyler dressed a dark brown Be&D down whilst out with her son. The City star Whitney Port was spotted carrying her Be&D Woodstock Hobo bag again… in another casual city ensemble.

Mena Suvari posed for photographs at NYC Fashion Week with an especially eye catching leopard pring Be&D Genesis bag, and Cheryl Cole carried a Garbo Satchel in black and gold.

Philip Treacy shoes? Yes, please!

We love Philip Treacy, and we love shoes, so when we heard that our favourite hat designer was turning his talents to footwear, we were understandably very excited.

Philip Treacy created a collection of shoes that debuted at Valentino’s Spring / Summer 2010 show during Paris Fashion Week, and boy were they impressive.

Opulent, extravagant and oh so beautiful, the shoes, like Treacy’s hats, are truly works of art. Now we will literally be able to look fabulous from head to toe…

It seems that fashion at Wimbledon has caught up with the Federer serve this year and I mean big time.  Lets not make any mistake it’s all about the on court ensembles this year and I am loving it.  From Maria Sharapova’s majorette style belted jacket worn with Tiffany earrings to Federer’s military inspired jacket with gold RF insignia the gentlemen are definitely on par with the ladies.  For me though it’s our own Andy Murray in his iconic Fred Perry sets and his pretty ontrend girlfriend Kim Sears who are my personal favs.  I rather liked Miss Sears’s recent court side appearance with checked shirt, long flowing locks and of course Ray Ban aviators, the girl knows how to do laid back summer.  So have any of you lucky people made it down to SW19 and what are your thoughts on Wimbledon fashion 2009?

How very exciting our first post! Straight from our gorgeous pink desks in our NY style office (well it’s Newcastle but stylish none the less) we will constantly be keeping you updated on all the eclectic fashion, chic accessories, show stopping jewels and general goings in our friendly and fabulous business, and in addition we will be constantly seeking stylish design items that take our fancy from around the world. The website and the two shops are the loving creation of Gillian, who will also be posting from time to time, probably quite a bit! It’s always been really important to us that it’s all about the customers therefore we want your feedback and the more the merrier! We love to chat and find out more about what you want! For example, as we are constantly looking for new designers we would love to be able to ask your opinion? Have you discovered a gorgeous bag designer? What do you think of our latest jewels? So now to the future, we will hopefully keep you interested, inspired and amused at all of Me Me Me happenings but what we want most of all is to engage you in our world…. and we hope you agree this is the perfect way!
